Dr Mikael Normann

Dr. Normann is an associate professor of mathematics at the University of South-Eastern Norway. He teaches various mathematics courses and conduct research on mathematical aspects of Einsteins theory of gravitation. He has a PhD in Mathematics from Queen Mary University of London, an MPhil in Astrophysics from Queens University of Belfast and a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Bergen. He is a fellow at the Kirby Laing Centre in Cambridge where he serves as chair of the Mathematics hub.

Areas of Research Supervision

Various topics within the fields of Mathematical Relativity, Science and Religion, Theology and Mathematics/Physics. Can serve as a second supervisor for topics outside of these fields but where knowledge of the mathematical sciences are necessary/advantageous.
